Simply visit our SHOP
online and add your items to the basket, or, if
you know exactly what you're looking for, just type
the name of the product in our SEARCH
BOX available at
the top of the shopping page. |
STEP
2 : CHECKOUT
Once your trolley has been filled with £20
of merchandise you can checkout. A delivery cost
of £4.50 will be added to all orders.
REMEMBER : all orders above £60.00
are delivered FREE OF CHARGE!! |

3 : PAYMENT
You will then need to enter your credit /
debit card details: these are ALWAYS
ENCRYPTED on our secure server, so there
is no way that they can be stolen. |

4 : EMAIL CONFIRM
You
will receive an email of confirmation at the address
you leave in your order form. We will phone you
within 24 hours to arrange the best time to deliver

All our produce is sourced from locations, which
are as local as practical - We source British when
possible. We do not intentionally ever stock air-freighted
products. Paul our resident cello expert has a great
little box scheme down in Kent & buys our organic
produce along side the products he buys for this
box scheme.
Jane & Sue at Fundamentally Fungus are probably
the best & most ethical mushroom growers in
Europe, they know their stuff & when you've
tried them I'm sure you'll agree they're the best!!

Tractability - we work closely with our British
suppliers, and can trace back where each animal
was reared and slaughtered.
Animal Welfare - all domesticated animals sold by
Farm W5 are reared to the very highest standards
of animal welfare.
Real Taste - traditionally hung (or naturally matured),
which together with natural, slow growth, means
that the taste is exceptional.
We live to keep you out of harm's way, protecting
you and your family from the potential hazards posed
by the threat of ever more food scares and by the
huge range of pesticides, insecticides, herbicides
anti-fungal and after-harvest chemicals that are
poured so liberally onto most commercial crops.

Dairy
No supermarket pricing here - they are actually
covering their production costs when the sell to
us - unlike most of the other organic dairy farmers
supplying the supermarkets!

Freezer : Ready Meals, Fruit & Veg.
You get what it says on the label - and usually
better than you'd imagine.
All our meals are cooked to traditional recipes
with exceptionally high meat content - typically
around 50%. We don't bulk them out with starchy
fillers; where we say that we cook in beer or wine,
which is exactly what we do.
And the veg is naturally what we say it is.

Our main man is Robin Coton - Originally an Ealing
Boy, his Mum lives within a few hundred yards from
our shop.
Now down in Salcome, Devon where he hand makes our
organic chocolate bars in a Craftsman like way using
only the finest Belgium Chocolate. We've tried the
rest and believe they're the best.

The
Organic Wine & Drinks Store
Organic wines look & smell like 'normal' wines
& contain alcohol like 'normal' wines. The difference
is, organic wines are produced without man-made
pesticides, herbicides, flavours or flavour enhancers.
This leads to fewer allergic reactions, less toxic
hangovers & truer regional characters &
tastes. No wonder so many organic wines win awards.
They are all wines made the age old way, without
recourse to modern chemicals.
Our apple juice is better than the thing they call
the real thing!

Do you know where your last cup of tea or coffee
really came from?
Ah, well we can trace all ours back to source if
we need to. All our coffees are organic & fair-trade,
and roasted by Ian & his team at the Tea &
Coffee Plant in Spitafields. Alex packs our Jasmine
& Oolong Tea in Borough & Charlie makes
sure the rest are the right thing.

Cleaning Shelf
We are living in an era that has seen the explosive
growth in the manufacture and use of synthetic ingredients
in cleaning products. Although such ingredients
are effective and relatively inexpensive, their
use may be to the detriment of our health and environment.
When factoring-in the costs of their toxicity and
environmental impact, it is clear there is a need
to free ourselves from their use and the damage
they cause. ECOS's Freedom Code was developed following
research of each ingredient used in cleaning products
today and evaluating their environmental impact
and toxicity.
